I offer unpaid internships for high school and college students throughout the year. While many Members of Congress offer College Internship programs, I also offer High School Internship programs in which numerous students participate.
Creating this opportunity for high school students is part of my commitment to provide young people with meaningful work experience, interaction with positive role models and an opportunity to serve their community.
I encourage all students who want to learn about public service or get work experience in an office setting to apply. I am looking for motivated and dependable individuals who are interested in serving people. Your school may give you credit for this internship, so check with your guidance counselor. We also accommodate students with special needs.
