    It was an honor to be a part the event officially recognizing the Stephenson Cancer Center as a National Cancer Institute through the NIH. The Stephenson Cancer Center has helped thousands of Oklahomans and has contributed greatly to the cause of eradicating and curing different types of cancers. It is more than deserving of this designation.

For this year’s Farm Bill, I will work to ensure that farmers in Oklahoma and across the country will see that their crops and hard work receive the benefit of adequate protection so that they can thrive and produce for America.

    I am so grateful, humbled and honored to be the recipient of Alzheimer's Impact Movement 2017 Humanitarian Award. This is extremely touching for me as someone who has been through the heartbreaking experiences brought on by this disease. Fighting Alzheimer’s will always be one of my highest priorities.
