**Kuster urged the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) to quickly release funding to New Hampshire**
**$22.9 million awarded from SAMHSA, $3.6 million awarded from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and an additional $3.6 million awarded from Health Resources & Services Administration**
(Concord, NH) – Congresswoman Annie Kuster (NH-02), the founder and co-chair of the Bipartisan Task Force to End Sexual Violence, released the following statement on the decision of the Senate Judiciary Committee to schedule open hearings with Supreme Court Nominee Brett Kavanaugh and Christine Blasey Ford, who has brought forward an accusation of sexual assault against Kavanaugh:
(Concord, NH) - Congresswoman Annie Kuster (NH-02), the founder and co-chair of the Bipartisan Heroin and Opioid Task Force, released the following statement on Senate passage of the Opioid Crisis Response Act of 2018. The legislation will need to be reconciled with the legislation passed earlier this year in the House to address the opioid epidemic.
