S. 3373 passed the House, completing Congressional passage of a comprehensive veterans package that includes Agent Orange exposure coverage for Guam Vets who served on island between January 9, 1962 and July 31, 1980. It heads to the President's desk where signature and enactment is assured.

Federal recognition of Veteran Agent Orange exposure on Guam advances
H.R. 3967, the "Honoring Our Pact" Act, co-sponsored by Congressman San Nicolas, has advanced into the Senate for consideration.
An expansive Bill that covers many veteran exposure concerns including burn pits, H.R. 3967 is a particularly critical breakthrough for Guam as it federally recognizes Agent Orange exposure on Guam and creates eligibility for Veterans present from 1962 to 1980 to pursue claims.

Guam Agent Orange Veteran exposure passes the House
H.R. 3967, The Honoring Our Pact Act, passed the U.S. House of Representatives with a bi-partisan vote of 256 yea and 174 nay. 34 Republicans voted for the Bill joining 222 Democratic votes.
