AFMAN 10-100. Distribution of AFMAN 10-100 is being handled by the readiness office within your organization. The number of copies provided are based on the organization's UMD or manpower strength report. Every bluesuiter--active duty member, reservist, and guardsman--will receive a copy of the manual by year's end, with deployed and deploying Airmen, basic trainees, Air Force Academy and ROTC cadets receiving their copies first through their unit deployment managers. Certain emergency-essential civilians and contractors will also receive them. Contact the readiness office within your organization for questions pertaining to distribution for your unit.
