NCI Monograph 68 was produced by the Epidemiology and Biostatistics Program of the National Cancer Institute (NCI) in a joint effort with the Connecticut Tumor Registry, the Danish Cancer Registry, and the NCI's Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) Program. It was published in December 1985.
