Representative Cardin's staff in his Baltimore district office and outreach offices are available to assist constituents with problems with federal departments and agencies. We are able to get answers to questions regarding federal programs as well as legislation pending in Congress ( http://www.loc.gov ).

Some inquiries require access to constituent records maintained by the federal government. In order to access your personal information, congressional staff are required to obtain a PRIVACY ACT FORM from you. Click here to see and print the form. The form must be signed and submitted by mail (600 Wyndhurst Avenue, Suite 230, Baltimore, MD 21210) or by fax (410-433-2110) in order for an inquiry to proceed.
