in Congress for the Thirteenth Congressional District, State
of New Jersey.
The House received a message from the Clerk. The Clerk
transmitted to the House a facsimile copy of a letter
received from Ms. Ann McGeehan, Director of Elections, State
of Texas, indicating that, according to the unofficial
returns of the Special Election held November 7, 2006, the
Honorable Shelley Sekula Gibbs was elected Representative in
Congress for the Twenty-Second Congressional District, State
of Texas.
The House convened, returning from a recess
continuing the legislative day of November 13.
