Flag Requests
My office can obtain upon your request, U.S. Flags that have been flown over the U.S. Capitol. You can have a flag flown for an individual, group, or institution or to commemorate a particular occasion (i.e. birthday). Each flag comes with a certificate of authenticity stating the date it was flown. However, you must be a resident of the 3 rd Congressional District.
