All high school students in the 11th district are eligible to compete in the Pennsylvania 11th Congressional District High School Arts Contest. The winner of the contest will have his or her artwork displayed for one year in the Cannon House Office Building Tunnel leading to the U.S. Capitol to be viewed by the thousands of visitors who walk through that hallway daily.
