Casework Services
Federal agencies oversee programs such as Medicare, Social Security, Veteran's benefits, and immigration. All too often people have problems with these agencies. Sometimes it is a simple oversight; other times it can be a complex problem.
Although I cannot override the decisions made by a federal agency, I can often intervene on a person's behalf to answer questions, find solutions, or just cut through the red tape.
Below you will find a list of casework areas that my staff handles on a regular basis. These are but a few of the areas my staff can assist you with when it comes to casework.
Regardless of which agency you need help with, before my staff can assist you we need a completed privacy authorization form to comply with the provisions of the Privacy Act. Without this form my office can't act on your behalf.
Also on the bottom is a link for a printable version of the privacy authorization form.
Please print and complete this form then return it (fax or mail) to my office located closest to you.
You can also stop in the closest office to obtain and complete a privacy authorization form in person.
Please feel free to contact one of my offices directly if the agency with which you need assistance is not listed.
