Press Release of Senator Goodwin SENATOR GOODWIN ANNOUNCES SERVICE ACADEMY NOMINATIONS FOR STUDENTS IN THE EASTERN PANHANDLE Friday, October 29, 2010 Charleston, WV—Senator Carte P.
