1. How can I contact Senator Lincoln?
The easiest and quickest method to reach Senator Lincoln is by e-mail. Simply fill out the Senator’s web form to send any questions, comments, or concerns. The Senator can also be reached by phone or fax in the Washington, DC office or in any of the five state offices.
You may also send mail to Senator Lincoln to any of her offices. However, due to security screening, all incoming mail usually takes 7-10 days to reach the Washington, DC office.
2. I’m having trouble with my Social Security disability. Can Senator Lincoln help me with my problem?
Senator Lincoln has a dedicated staff of casework specialists in the Little Rock office ready to assist Arkansans with a variety of issues, whether it is a problem with Social Security, disaster assistance, immigration, farm programs, etc.
Begin by visiting the Senator’s casework page, and download a privacy release form. Fill out the privacy release form, and fax it or mail it to our office. You can also call our toll-free number at 1-800-352-9364 to speak to someone about your problem.
3. Where are Senator Lincoln’s offices located, and how do I get to them?
Senator Lincoln has two main offices, one in Little Rock, Arkansas, and one in Washington, DC.
In addition, Senator Lincoln has four regional offices in Dumas, Jonesboro, Fayetteville, and Texarkana.
4. My family and I are coming to Washington soon. Can we tour the Capitol and the White House?

5. I’ve heard that you can purchase a flag and have it flown over the Capitol. Is that true?
U.S. flags that have been flown over the U.S. Capitol can be purchased. If you would like a flag flown on a certain date to commemorate a special occasion or event, please notify Senator Lincoln’s office at least six weeks in advance. Simply print off a flag request form and mail it with your check to the Washington, DC office.
6. My son or daughter is interested in attending one of the Service Academies. What is the process to get a nomination?
Each U.S. Senator can nominate up to 10 candidates for each of the U.S. military academies. The Academy Appointment page provides all the details for the nomination process.
7. I’m in college and interested in an internship with Senator Lincoln. How do I apply?
Senator Lincoln offers internships each summer in two sessions for both the Washington, DC and the Little Rock office. Continue to monitor the Intern Program page for information about the 2009 summer.
8. My community needs assistance with an economic development project. How do I get federal assistance?
Senator Lincoln’s Grant and Foundation Information Center provides critical information on applying for federal, private, or corporate resources.
