Serrano Participates in Graduation Ceremony at BCC
On Friday, Congressman Serrano participated in a graduation ceremony at Bronx Community College for its highly successful Project Hire program, which teaches pre-apprenticeship training for Bronx residents in the building trades.
"The Bronx Community College has a long history of contributing to our community," said Serrano after the graduation. "I was very proud to be a part of the graduation for these hardworking students and to be able to celebrate their success with them."
