Oversight Committee Hearing Rescheduled PDF Print

The Oversight and Government Reform Committee today announced that the hearing on hedge funds previously scheduled for Thursday, October 16, 2008, has been rescheduled for Thursday, November 13, 2008. The Committee has postponed the hearing in order to accommodate the schedules of witnesses. The witnesses for this hearing include:

    • John A. Paulson, President, Paulson & Co., Inc
    • George Soros, Chairman, Soros Fund Management, LLC
    • Philip A. Falcone, Senior Managing Director, Harbinger Capital Partners
    • James Simons, President, Renaissance Technologies, LLC
    • Kenneth C. Griffin, Chief Executive Officer and President, Citadel Investment Group
