Oversight Committee to Hold Business Meeting

WASHINGTON – On Thursday, May 6, 2010, the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform will hold a business meeting to mark up several commemorative resolutions and postal naming bills.  Consideration of H.R. 2142, the Government Efficiency, Effectiveness, and Performance Improvement Act of 2009, as previously noticed, is postponed until further notice.  The business meeting will take place at 10:00 a.m. in room 2154 Rayburn House Office Building.

• H. Con. Res. 268, introduced by Rep. Maurice Hinchey.  This measure supports the goals and ideals of National Women’s Health Week.
