Water Resources Investments in Southern Nevada
Congresswoman Titus requested the following proposals and projects in Southern Nevada be included in the Water Resources Development Act of 2010:
- Project 111-NV-3rd-001: Las Vegas Wash Flood Management Project Reconnaissance Study to determine interest in project to protect parcels identified in a 100-year flood zone.
- Project 111-NV-3rd-002: Southwestern Flood Damage Reduction and Channel Restoration Development and Demonstration Program to reduce flood damage in urban environments like Las Vegas.
