In a YouTube video produced on their own time, EPA Whistleblowers Laurie Williams and Allan Zabel clearly state that the views expressed are their own and not that of the agency or the Obama Administration.  Even so, EPA officials ordered the couple to remove the YouTube video last week – luckily a copy survived.

EPA employee Zabel has been overseeing California's cap-and-trade and offset programs for more than 20 years.  This experience made him particularly well qualified to offer an opinion as to the effectiveness of an economy wide cap–and-trade scheme.  The YouTube video argues that cap-and-trade is a deeply flawed approach to reducing carbon emissions.  These employees spoke up to be heard.  Watch their video and send a message to President Obama about what you think of his efforts to silence those who don’t agree with him.
