On Thursday, March 18, 2010, the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform will hold a hearing entitled: "Rewarding Bad Actors: Why do Poor Performing Contractors Continue to Get Government Business?" The hearing will examine certain Federal agencies' failure to suspend or debar Federal contractors for poor performance or malfeasance.

The hearing will take place at 10:00 a.m. in room 2154 Rayburn House Office Building.
