On Thursday, March 25, 2010, The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee will hold a hearing entitled: "Foreclosure Prevention: Is the Home Affordable Modification Program Preserving Homeownership?" The hearing will examine the execution and impact of the Department of the Department of the Treasury's (Treasury) foreclosure prevention efforts, with particular attention to the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP).
