On Thursday, September 23, 2010, the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform will hold a business meeting immediately following the committee's hearing scheduled for 10 a.m. in HVC-210 of the Capitol Visitor Center to mark up the following legislation and postal naming bills:

• H.R. 3243, amending section 5542 of title 5, United States Code, to provide that any hours worked by federal firefighters under a qualified trade-of-time arrangement shall be excluded for purposes of determinations relating to overtime pay;
• H.R. 5367, the “D.C. Courts and Public Defender Service Act of 2010”;
• H.R. 5702, to amend the District of Columbia Home Rule Act to reduce the waiting period for holding special elections to fill vacancies in the membership of the Council of the District of Columbia;
• H.R. 5368, the “United States Postal Service Postal Inspectors Equity Act”;
• H.R. 6026, the “Access to Congressionally Mandated Reports Act”.
