The Federal Workforce, Postal Service and the District of Columbia will hold a hearing to examine the Federal Employees Health Benefits Programs (FEHBP) drug benefit and the impact that the lack of pricing transparency has on the Office of Personnel Managements (OPM) ability to evaluate the overall value of these benefits.
