The hearing will feature testimony from Kenneth Feinberg, Special Master for TARP Executive Compensation, who will testify in connection with his report on pay proposals for the 25 highest paid employees of the top seven recipients of “exceptional assistance under TARP (AIG, Bank of America, Citigroup, Chrysler, Chrysler Financial, General Motors and GMAC). The hearing will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday October 28, 2009 in room 2154 Rayburn House Office Building. Witnesses will be by invitation only. ###
