Agenda for Full Committee Business Meeting on

WASHINGTON – The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform met today to consider the following legislation and several commemorative resolutions and postal naming bills:

• H.R. 3243, amending section 5542 of title 5, United States Code, to provide that any hours worked by federal firefighters under a qualified trade-of-time arrangement shall be excluded for purposes of determinations relating to overtime pay;
• H.R. 5367, the “D.C. Courts and Public Defender Service Act of 2010”;
• H.R. 5702, to amend the District of Columbia Home Rule Act to reduce the waiting period for holding special elections to fill vacancies in the membership of the Council of the District of Columbia;
• H.R. 5368, the “United States Postal Service Postal Inspectors Equity Act”;

• H.R. 6026, the “Access to Congressionally Mandated Reports Act.
