On Monday, November 2, at 11:30 a.m. at the Georgia State Capitol Build, Committee Room 450, 206 Washington Street SW, Atlanta, Georgia, the Subcommittee will hear testimony examining the local characteristics of the ongoing residential and commercial real estate crisis.  The hearing will focus on the development and history of the crisis in Georgia, especially with regard to the behavior of the lenders and the absence or inability of state and federal laws to protect borrowers.
