How to report an issue:
Use the interactive map below to find the right spot to map your issue.
Flag potholes, bad lights, down trees, flood-prone areas and other hazards. You can even report leaky fire hydrants, graffiti, walkway obstructions or other concerns.
Follow these easy steps.
1. The controls in the upper left corner will help you navigate and zoom to the exact map location. Once you’ve found the location, click on it.
2. Use the pop-up Report an Issue form to provide a description. Be sure to include as many details as possible.
3. You can add an update to your report at any time by simply clicking on that issue’s red place marker. Feel free to comment on someone else’s report as well. You can also report an issue via your mobile phone by entering seeclickfix.com/report into your phone’s browser.
