Local community college officials from Pasco, Pinellas and Hillsborough counties were in Washington on Tuesday to discuss this year's legislative priorities with Gus. 

Officials from Pasco-Hernando Community College (PHCC) and Hillsborough Community College (HCC) met with Gus in his office as he arrived in Washington late this afternoon. Both groups expressed appreciation for Gus's help since his arrival in Congress last January. They also discussed their legislative priorities for the upcoming fiscal year, which begins Oct. 1, 2008.
