Chairman Waxman wrote to EPA Administrator Steve Johnson today to ensure that the necessary documents are being prepared by EPA experts to support a decision by year’s end on California’s request for a waiver under the Clean Air Act to enforce state regulations reducing emissions of greenhouse gases from automobiles.
