Chairman Waxman Requests Documents Regarding Controversial Clean Air Act Rulemaking |
Chairman Waxman wrote to EPA Administrator Johnson to request documents concerning a proposed controversial change to regulations under the Clean Air Act which would weaken existing protections for many national parks and other areas with pristine air quality.
