On Tuesday, July 31, the Subcommittee will hold a hearing on federal pay policies and administration. The hearing will examine the federal government's pay policies and administration, including basic pay settings, locality pay, special rates, recruitment, relocation and retention allowances, cost-of-living allowances, market-based compensation, and pay-for-performance.
