Fiscal Year 2011 Appropriations Request Form

Below you will find a downloadable version of my Appropriations Request Form for Fiscal Year 2011.  Please be aware that I have developed a process containing deadlines and requirements of how to submit appropriations requests to my office. As Congress currently faces the need to reduce unacceptably high levels of federal spending, requests will be closely evaluated on the basis of whether or not the request has a clear federal nexus.  All appropriation requests must specifically answer the question “Why is this request an appropriate responsibility of the federal government?”

Please be aware that although I have my own application, if the appropriate subcommittees have a different application, that too must be filled out and submitted by my deadline. In addition, please take note that in order to receive consideration, all appropriation requests must be submitted to Marilyn Erbes in my District Office by Friday, February 19, 2010.  No late applications will be reviewed.
