NLRB Oversight and Investigations
The Education and the Workforce Committee oversees the performance of government agencies like the independent National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and other entities that fall within the committee's jurisdiction. Through the analysis and dissemination of information obtained pursuant to document requests, participation in public hearings and forums, and the work of the Government Accountability Office and Inspectors General, committee Democrats seek to ensure agencies such as the NLRB function efficiently and effectively.
