KYLE PARKER - Mr. Parker joined the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe in 2006 as Policy Advisor for Eurasia. Prior to joining the Commission, he spent eight years at the American Foreign Policy Council managing public diplomacy programs with Russia and Ukraine. Having expertise in the political and cultural evolution of the post-Soviet space and religious affairs in the region, Mr. Parker has frequently appeared as a commentator on geopolitical issues in domestic and offshore media. He has been a guest lecturer at numerous policy forums and has served on task forces concerning the former Soviet states.
