U.S., Thai Marines Conduct Airborne Training

U.S. Marines inspect their gear and make final preparations before conducting jump training during Cobra Gold on U-Tapao Royal Thai Navy Airfield in Chonburi province, Thailand, Jan. 21, 2011. The Marines, assigned to Force Reconnaissance Company, 3rd Reconnaissance Battalion, took part in bilateral jump training with a Royal Thai Marine Corps reconnaissance team. U.S. and Afghan Forces Conduct a Census Patrol in Sangin

U.S. Marines and Afghan soldiers conduct a census patrol in the Sangin district of Helmand province, Afghanistan, Jan. 17, 2011. The Marines, assigned to Lima Company, 3rd Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, Regimental Combat Team 2 conduct patrols to suppress enemy activity and gain the trust of Afghan citizens. Soldiers Patrol in Nuristan Province
