JESUS FUCK HOW THIS POST IS MONTHS OLD CHRIST GRAVEDIG.
Anyhow, actually the national socialist workers party and the browncoats were fully aware they were installing a dictator. It was the whole point, to get away from the western forced democracy and sham of a government called the Weinmar Republic that was handcuffed to the floor by the demanded reperations and conditions imposed by the Versailles treaty, reperations which crippled the Rhein economy and hit the manufacturing sector especially hard.
It got so bad that the Republic was forced to print money to keep the lights on, a policy which led to such extreme inflation in the deuschmark that people began carrying cash around in wheelbarrows to pay for simple things like groceries.
And then out of this comes a strong charismatic war veteran, who happened to be an extremely skilled political operator, promising the people their pride and country back.
Tl; dr dont use an analogy to something you dont know.

+Cliff Wells I agree. I believe in the vitality of subcultures arguing out a consensus in the house. It's why I tend towards parliamentary structures over republic models. The notion of executive order by the potus is too much power without the necessity of discussion. With it you go to war or install unpopular taxes and it just makes politics a war zone rather than a heated debate where you must concede some points. I think libertarians have a place in that discussion, not a large one, but a place nonetheless. But so do communists, socialists etc. they just need to be people that represent that view point, argue for it, and have it included in a final conclusion.

+Kevin Moses  come on man. My guy didn't win either but I'm not being an ass about it. Im was/am not an advocate of Obama or Romney but you don't see me saying they stole votes from Johnson (which I could because of the CPD showing an insane amount of bias as well as the large media companies) and showing myself as a 'bad loser' on Romney and Obama feeds.

Left.right.two wings same bird.I wish more people could see that, but sheep will be sheep.so when libertarians and anyone else with enough sense to see what's what's going on wonders why the USA looking more like the USSA everyday.their neighbors will be too busy keeping up with the Kardashians to notice or even care.like I said before Gov.Johnson and congressman Paul we're our perfect opportunity to at least take a step in the right direction, but the all-knowing TV said don't waste your vote so it must be true right?so as far as IM concerned what happens these next four years and after (it'll be the same in 2016) the people deserve.their just not taking me with them.LIBERTY OR DEATH!

2012 Libertarian Presidential Candidate and two-term Governor of New Mexico.
Introduction
Two-term Governor of New Mexico, 2012 Libertarian presidential candidate, "most fiscally conservative Governor in the country."
Bragging rights
I have two great kids: my son, Erik, and daughter, Seah, who both help out with the campaign. I've completed over 30 triathlons, competed in the Hawaii Iron Man competition, and have summitted four of the world's highest peaks, including Mt. Everest. As Governor of New Mexico, I vetoed about as many bills as the other 49 Governors--combined. I was one of only 4 Governors in the country to leave my state with a balanced budget, and I created that surplus while cutting taxes 14 times. A recent National Review report showed that out of all the Governors running for the Republican presidential nomination this year, job growth was highest under my watch than anyone else's.
