Howard Injury Update

Lakers center Dwight Howard, who aggravated his right shoulder injury in last night’s game at Memphis, was examined today in Los Angeles by shoulder specialist Dr. James Tibone. Howard Hurt as Lakers Fall

Lakers Gameday presented by Delta Kobe Bryant scored 29 points Wednesday, but the Lakers fell 106-93 to the host Grizzlies. Dwight Howard did not play in the second half after aggravating his right shoulder. L.A. was outrebounded 52-34. Metta World Peace scored 15. Kobe Bryant and Dwight Howard will represent the Western Conference in the starting lineup at All-Star 2013 in Houston. Bryant, the league's leading vote getter and four-time All-Star MVP, is making a NBA record 15th consecutive appearance while it'll be the seventh All-Star nod for Howard.
