  • A “100 Days of Silence” art exhibition to recall the 1994 Rwandan genocide was hosted by Rep. Smith Dec. 2 at the House Rayburn Building.

    Rep. Smith and Dale Daniels, Exec. Dir. of the Center for Holocaust, Human Rights & Genocide Education at Brookdale Community College in Lincroft, N.J., discuss the exhibition. It was held to commemorate the 20-year mark of the Rwanda Genocide that resulted in the murders of 800,000 people.
