Student Art Competition

Since 1993, Congressman Becerra has held an annual Student Art Competition open to all high school students who reside in his congressional district. Each work of art entered into the competition is judged by a panel of local artists and competition sponsors for the chance to be displayed in the United States Capitol for one year. Artists who enter their work all receive special recognition and the chance to win many great prizes at the annual Awards Ceremony, which is typically held in the spring. See photos from the 2014 Student Art Competition Awards Ceremony.

All high school students who reside in California's 34th Congressional District are eligible to compete in the annual competition.
