Request a Meeting

Thank you for seeking a meeting with Congressman Cassidy.  To request a meeting with the Congressman or to request his presence at an event, please fill out the form below.

We do not normally receive our committee schedule from the House Energy and Commerce Committee until two weeks prior to the hearing date.  Therefore, if you are requesting a meeting with the Congressman in Washington, we will contact you two weeks before the date of the requested meeting to confirm an appointment.  If you have not heard from us within one week of your visit, please call (202) 225-3901 and ask for Cristin Prosser. For all other requests, you will receive a response within 24 hours.  If you are requesting an appointment be scheduled within the next 24 hours, please call (202) 225-3901.
