Why I don't have a regular email address

My webform was designed to improve communications between me and my constituents.

  • The webform directs the message you submit directly to a centralized inbox in my office, allowing my staff and I to sort communications by subject matter so that I may more quickly and effectively respond to you.
  • The webform also reduces the heavy burden placed on the House mail servers by the high volume of emails sent to Congressional offices every day - over 15 million emails per month.
Please rest assured that your submission will be received and read just like a traditional email message. If you have any difficulties, please call my office directly at (585) 232-4850 to report the problem, and my staff will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
