Foreign Conflict

The war in Afghanistan is the longest war in the history of the United States. While Paul was encouraged that President Obama lived up to his promise to bring our troops home from Iraq, he continues to advocate for bringing the war in Afghanistan to a responsible end at the quickest possible pace. After years of a predominately “go it alone” attitude, Paul is heartened to observe a shift in America’s cooperation and relationship with our allies in the global community.
