This is a School Issue

This issue falls under the authority of the school district you live in.  You and your neighbors have elected a board of school directors (also called a "school board") to administer the schools in your area.  You'll need to contact one of your school directors or your school superintendent (an employee of the school board) for help with this issue.  Be aware, though, that the most common complaint with school districts has to do with the way school districts tax property.  The law governing this issue is state law and cannot be changed by your school directors.
