Ruppersberger Hosts Press Conference on Baltimore Man Missing in Libya

Congressman Dutch Ruppersberger hosted a press conference with the mother of a Baltimore man who has been missing in Libya since March 12.  Matthew VanDyke’s mother says her son went to Libya to witness the uprising against leader Moammar Gaddafi and write a book about it.
