The House passed Senate amendments to H.R. 719 to provide appropriations for current government functions through December 11, 2015. The bill passed by a vote of 277 - 151. Olson voted no.

Currently, federal Medicaid funds cannot be used to pay for abortions, but states cannot withhold Medicaid funds from abortion providers if they choose to.
