About the Subcommittee
The Subcommittee on Tactical Air and Land Forces has jurisdiction over all Army and Air Force acquisition programs (except strategic missiles and lift programs, special operations and information technology accounts) and the associated weapons systems sustainment accounts. In addition, the subcommittee will be responsible for Navy and Marine Corps aviation programs and the associated weapons system sustainment accounts, National Guard and Army and Air Force reserve modernization, and ammunition programs.
