ATLANTA, GA – Today, Congressman Hank Johnson (GA-04) received an honorary Doctor of Laws (LL.D) degree from his alma mater Clark Atlanta University (CAU) during the university’s 27th Commencement. 
 
Rep. Johnson graduated from then Clark College in 1976 with a degree in Political Science. He went on to Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas, for his law degree in 1979. This is his first honorary degree.
