“This legislation represents the continued fiscal discipline from the House Republican majority that is turning our nation away from damaging debt and deficits to renewed prospects of fiscal freedom. By placing the power of the purse back in the hands of Congress and away from the executive branch, our representative Democracy is functioning the way our Founders had intended.
