Social Security & Medicare

Retirees have spent their entire working lives paying into Medicare and Social Security and they deserve all the benefits they receive from those programs. I will fight to protect and strengthen Medicare and Social Security to ensure our seniors receive those benefits and remain committed to upholding and enhancing their quality of life.

I voted in favor of H.R. 2 - Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015, which was signed into law, and in favor of H.R. 1190 - Protecting Seniors' Access to Medicare Act of 2015, which passed the House.
