Dear Friend:

This week I spoke out about the Senate Republicans' outrageous refusal to fulfill their constitutional "advice and consent" responsibility by considering a nominee for the Supreme Court.

Nowhere in the Constitution does it say "Don't advise and consent if it's a Democratic president in a second term." These cases have very real consequences for millions of Americans - and without a full bench, justice is being denied.
