Late ruling goes Kings’ way as they end skid at four games

Toronto’s DeMarre Carroll inbounded the ball with 2.4 seconds to play and DeMarcus Cousins deflected it. Terrence Ross chased down the ball and made a deep 3- pointer at the buzzer that appeared to send the game into overtime. The NBA’s replay center in New Jersey ruled 2.5 seconds had elapsed on the play, nullifying Ross’ make and securing a 102-99 win for Sacramento.
